SALT ISSUE NO.1 SPRING 2014
In an on-going collaboration with Brooklyn restaurant Momo Sushi Shack, R&S designs and produces SALT, a bi-annual newspaper about chefs and kitchens. In addition to our role as creative directors, we have mentored SALT's editors, Mitchell Kuga and Anna Tome, through the entire editorial process: from conceiving the project and creating its identity to assigning art and stories and editing writing. SALT is distributed for free in restaurants, cafes and bookstores throughout NYC. The first issue was released Spring 2014.
